Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED (not damaged from shipping as this is not something we can control) and with video evidence (unpacking video).
If your return is accepted, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time.

Return Exceptions
Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
An unpacking video will be requested if the item arrives damaged ( example: Stitching broken or badly sewn fabric).
Refunds
Refunds due to Unpaid Customs or Unreceived/Unclaimed Parcels
- Pay for the shipping again plus additional fees if there were any;
- OR, I will keep the parcel and give you a refund upon checking if the item(s) are still intact and have no damages from shipping.
- You'll have 72h (3 days) to reply to the email from the time of it being sent, otherwise we will cast your parcel as abandoned and it will be put up for sale again with no eligibility of refund.

Order Cancellation
Only orders placed within 24h can be cancelled, with exception to orders with pre-order items, these cannot be cancelled. Please check cancellation policy for more information.
